It's kind of mean to write a blog post about making fun of people from the country side, because lots of times they just can't help themselves.  Sometimes needing to know how to insult "migrant workers" is just unavoidable.  If a country bumpkin pushes you in the subway or spits all over your shoes...now you know how to get your revenge and put them back to size.

土-tǔ-Redneck, peasant, unsophisticated (Adj)

Literal Translation-Earth

那个很土的住宅区闻起来像垃圾场。

nàgè hěn tǔ de zhùzháiqū wén qǐ lái xiàng lājīchǎng。

That peasant neighborhood smells like a garbage dump.

农民-nóng mín-Peasant, farmer (Noun)

地铁上的那个农民真的很难闻。

dìtiě shàng de nàgè nóngmín zhēnde hěn nánwén。

That peasant on the subway smelled really bad.

土包子-tǔ bāo zi-Country bumpkin, peasant, hick (Noun)

Literal Translation-Earth steamed bread

That country bumpkin has never ridden in a car before.

Literal Translation-Firewood girl

没文化-méi wén huà-Non Cultured (Adj)

Literal Translation-No culture

那个人没文化。

nàgè rén méiwénhuà。

That man has no “class”.
