I also have problems with taxis when I am out and about in Shanghai. I wish that some of the taxis could speak English.

Although using taxis can be a big hassle, I think the cheap price is one of the best things about living in Shanghai. I wouldn't be able to live without them.

Taxis are cheap in Shanghai but I think it is even better to use the subway and go by bus. It is so cheap here and the subway can go almost anywhere in the city.
